The registry is managed as a public-interest records platform. Public presentation is neutral in tone and is not intended to adopt a political position.
Publication principles
Uniform publication thresholds apply across all supported publication paths. No record is published without valid source evidence.
Conflict of interest
Contributors are expected to disclose material conflicts that could affect assessment of a source or record, in line with internal editorial procedures.
Correction policy
Correction requests supported by sources are accepted. Records are updated or corrected when sufficient evidence is available, with change history preserved. Send requests to:
Source standards
Direct official sources are preferred, then verifiable official copies, then trusted secondary sources. Sources marked as needing review are not treated as established fact.
Public-interest threshold
Records—especially in specialized domains—are assessed against clear public-interest criteria without publishing internal assessment text.
Data stewardship
The platform maintains data integrity and source traceability. Removing evidence from a published record is governed by rules that prevent leaving published records unsourced.
Organizational governance
Clearer organizational governance structures may be developed over time. Any such development will be announced once established.
